Yes. Importing data into STEL Order is a quick and simple process. Client lists, suppliers, products and more can be bulk imported from Excel or .csv files. The settings available to assist you in importing this data are simple and straightforward.

You can share your username and password with as many people as you want. However, if you need to be able to identify the activity and documents created by each of these people, you will need to create a user for each individual. All these users will belong to the same account and can be managed by the Super Admin from the web app. This will also allow you to assign customers to a specific user and to restrict access to certain documents and information based on your business’ needs.

Of course, you are free to cancel your subscription to STEL Order at any time. It is important to point out that data ownership never changes: every user is the sole and exclusive owner of any and all data input into the system.
