Do I need more than 1 user for my subscription if my business has more than one person?

You can share your STEL Order username and password with as many people as you want, no restrictions. However, if you want to be able to identify which person created a document, performed an action within STEL Order or assign customers and jobs to field techs or sales reps, restrict access to information and functions within the program, then you need to create a user for each person.

Are my data secure with STEL Order?

Yes. STEL Order is subject to EU regulations on personal data protection, widely considered the most stringent at present. Also, we have implemented best-in-class security protocols, and your data is encrypted on the best servers, so you can access, consult, and modify it from anywhere.

How do I cancel my subscription? What will happen to my data?
